Delete your account

This public page lets you request deletion even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Delete from the Android app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Type the confirmation and follow the final deletion step.

Password accounts must confirm the current password. A pending or in-process cashout must be completed or cancelled before deletion.

What deletion covers

  • Account credentials, active sessions, API tokens, and notification token
  • Profile, balance, rewards, offers, missions, and referral records
  • Cashout requests and destination details
  • Notifications and account-linked support/chat records

Submit this form using the email attached to your GamexEarn: Earn real money account. We normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

Before you submit

  • We may email you to verify that you own the account.
  • Do not send your password, one-time code, or full payment credentials.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your balance and account access cannot be restored afterward.
  • Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until normal rotation.
